OdpowiedzUsuńblktom1 - Yeah, going in one platoon at a time kind of killed him. I also think that he was /way/ to aggressive with his Pumas. They can't take a hit, so getting point blank with Shermans when he may have only killed one or two, and the rest could have stood there and double fired was a poor tactic. Pumas are snipers or a shoot and scoot unit. You want to fire and then get back behind cover with Storm trooper movement.
I also think that he should have flipped sides, because all of his armor needed to use the bridge to get across the river, kind of bottlenecking them. Have the Grenadiers on the river side, with the Pumas lifting the Para's Gone to Ground to slowly destroy them. Then take pot shots at the Shermans or Guns with the Pumas from cover as needed. Then all of his armor had buildings for cover and have no real impediments for movement.
